Pacinina
Lovingly restored with the utmost respect for its surroundings, our agriturismo embodies the spirit of the country farmhouse.
Encircled by a lovely garden, Pacinina offers views our cultivated fields and orchards.
On the ground floor the old animal stalls, barnyard and wood fired oven provide communal spaces for our guests who can also take advantage of. Among other things, a billiard room, a library, and several lounges. To one side of these rooms, in an area that once housed the agricultural machinery of Pacina, there is an indoor swimming pool with salt treated water that is heated in the winter months by the firewood collected from the surrounding woods.
Successive floors have maintained the original spatial divisions and sport three large independent apartments that can, if needed, become connected. These apartments take their names from the dominant colour of their respective kitchens: the Pink House, the Yellow House, and the Green House.
Attached to the principal building is the Rose Barn, an old agricultural annexe which we have restructured as a self-contained apartment.
Casa Verde
The Green House is centred around a spacious kitchen area where you can relax in front of large traditional Tuscan fireplace.
It has two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Casa Gialla
The Yellow House is divided between two floors.
On the first floor is an open plan living and dining area with a fireplace and a fully equipped central island-kitchen.
On the second floor are two large double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
Casa Rosa
The Red House is split between 2 floors, with a large living and dining area on the first floor, where there is also an inviting substantial fireplace and a small bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor are three double rooms, a twin room and two bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the other with a shower only.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Capanna Rosa
Our largest apartment, the Rose Barn sports an independent entrance and a delightful patio furnished with table and chairs which overlook a small private garden.
It is made up of a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and imposing fireplace, and a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which has a shower.
The Rose barn is also equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
What we Offer
An indoor pool overlooking the garden and heated in the colder months is exclusively available for all our guests, as is the billiard room, a lounge and a reading room.
We also offer a small ‘help yourself’ corner where you can find samples of our products and pay later. Feel free to try our olive oil, wine, pulses and cereals.
Through booking it is possible to take guided tours of our estate and cellar, including wine tasting.
The wood for all our fireplaces is sustainably provided by our woods and glades, which you are free to explore following the indicated routes.
Wifi is available throughout the farmhouse and apartments.
A washing machine for the use of all guests is available in the laundry room.
All our apartments include bedding linens, bath and kitchen towels.
